Key Project Highlights – 2025

Jeddah Airport Sewage Pump Station

Client: National Water Company (NWC)

As subcontractor to Thrustboring Construction Co. Ltd. / Tamimi Group, EPF delivered critical construction works for the Sewage Pump Station near Jeddah Airport, supporting NWC’s infrastructure development program.

2025 Progress Highlights:

  • Successful initiation of foundation-level works
  • Completion of footing concrete works with full QA/QC compliance
  • Reinforcement installation and waterproofing of collection chambers
  • Advancement to wall reinforcement and formwork activities (Phase 6)

All works were executed under strict HSE supervision, with full PPE compliance, material inspections, and consultant approvals.

Red Sea Project – Temporary Power Generation

Delivered by: EPF Commercial

In support of the Red Sea Project, EPF Commercial delivered and commissioned a temporary power plant providing reliable prime power for construction camps and early operations.

Scope & Outcomes:

  • 1.4 MVA installed capacity using synchronized generator sets
  • Zero-incident installation and commissioning
  • Full compliance with Red Sea Global safety and sustainability standards

Designed as a bridge solution, the system integrates smart controls, remote monitoring, and readiness for future solar and battery microgrid integration.

Safety Leadership: Fire Drill & Emergency Response Exercise

Safety remains non-negotiable at EPF. In 2025, a joint Fire Drill & Emergency Response Exercise was successfully conducted with TCC, achieving 100% personnel accountability.
