With each stage, the Qiddiya District Cooling Plant moves closer to completion. EPF’s engineering teams continue to deliver on key MEP, structural, and infrastructure fronts with precision and innovation.

Significant work includes completion of thermal tank structures, chiller foundations, RMU and switchgear rooms, and surrounding infrastructure such as asphalt roads, curbstone walkways, and drainage systems. Utilizing BIM and digital modeling, our teams ensure quality, efficiency, and safety across all disciplines.
