Quantity Surveyor

Role Overview:

The Quantity Surveyor is responsible for managing all cost and contractual aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion. The role ensures that EPF’s projects are delivered within budget while maintaining high-quality and compliance with standards and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents.
• Perform quantity take-offs and verify subcontractor quantities.
• Evaluate contractor claims, variations, and payment certificates.
• Support project teams in budget preparation and cost control.
• Prepare monthly cost reports and financial forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with contract conditions, drawings, and specifications.
• Collaborate with procurement and planning departments for cost optimization.
• Participate in project closeout, final account reconciliation, and reporting.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 4+ years experience in construction, infrastructure, or contracting.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel, and cost management software.
• Strong understanding of FIDIC contracts and construction methodologies.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
