EPF General Contracting Company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer with up to 5 years of experience in construction site operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, ensuring project execution aligns with design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines. Candidates must hold a transferable Iqama.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day construction site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
- Manage materials, manpower, and equipment efficiently
- Review and interpret engineering drawings and plans
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and cost control
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- 0–5 years of experience as a construction site engineer
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Office)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Transferable Iqama (mandatory)
- Preference for candidates currently based in Saudi Arabia
