The transformation of Qiddiya’s landscape moved into action as network, infrastructure, and excavation works began on site. With advanced engineering and robust planning, our team initiated large-scale earthworks—deploying heavy machinery to excavate and shape the ground for both core structures and critical utility networks.

From the outset, our focus has been on seamlessly integrating underground infrastructure: electrical lines, water supply, sewage, stormwater systems, and chilled water pipes (supply and return). Careful backfilling and compaction followed, ensuring a stable, high-quality base ready to support all upcoming construction phases. This early groundwork marks the real beginning of the project’s progress, laying the essential foundation for Qiddiya’s future.
